This regatta is officially sanctioned by Division 12. All regatta activities are staffed by Division 12 volunteers. Comptips required on all Hobie Cats for this event.  Lifejackets mandatory.
The event will be governed by the 2001-2004 ISAF RRS and applicable Class Rules.
